The HondaJet Over-The-Wing Engine Mount configuration was engineered by Honda after more than 20 years of extensive research and development. This advanced technology provides category-leading advancements such as the fastest, highest-flying, most fuel efficient and most spacious jet in its class.

Honda provides jobs for tens of thousands of people across America, with Honda Aircraft Company employing more than 1,000 workers. Honda is proud to help further American engineering and manufacturing by partnering with schools in the U.S.

Honda has invested more than $140 million in Honda Aircraft Company’s world headquarters in the U.S. to support the production of the HondaJet. The manufacturing facility is capable of producing up to 100 aircraft per year.

Honda has 14 R&D facilities across the United States, including one dedicated to aircraft research and development, to support the next generation of innovative mobility products.
