Honda Executive Leads By Example

Connecting and building a strong relationship within the community is an integral part of Honda’s mission to be a company society wants to exist. That’s why Honda executives know the importance of community service to enhance the company’s profile, and at the same time, enable leaders to share their entrepreneurial skills that can benefit charitable organizations.
Good leaders must lead by example, and they support by example. By walking the talk, you become a person others want to follow. When it comes to supporting nonprofit organizations while at work and at home, American Honda Powersports Division Vice President Chuck Boderman leads by example. He supports charities that help youth overcome adversities, provide resources to eliminate the challenges of childhood brain tumors and empower women to achieve economic independence.
