Honda Volunteers at STEM Expo

Honda of America Manufacturing Inc. volunteers helped kids build edible cars at the 4th annual Central Ohio STEM Expo on Feb. 25. The event took place at the Center of Science and Industry in Columbus, OH.
The goal of the STEM Expo was to expose students in Kindergarten through 8th grade to the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) through fun and interactive activities.
Last year’s expo had over 450 students participate in and explore over 30 different STEM activities including building truss bridges and straw towers, meeting a tortoise, modeling buildings, exploring magnetism and, yes, building cars out of food.
